Venison 'Albese' style, homemade pasta stuffed with wild duck with bitto cheese fondue and redcurrants, the Josper grill and hazelnut to close. A tasting menu devoted to wild game.

How many tasting menus are there?
Three: L'Ora Etica and Vegetali Mon Amour, both in 7, 5 or 3 courses, and La Selvaggina, a single tasting menu. At lunch, an à la carte offer with a minimum of two courses.
Is there an à la carte menu?
At dinner, alongside the tasting menus, there is an à la carte offer. From May to October service moves onto the terrace.
What is the Chef's Table?
Six seats in the kitchen, in the brigade, with a menu built in conversation the week before service.
