Alessandro Pinton is our new Resident Chef.
After gaining crucial experience alongside renowned names in the gastronomic world, he joined the Atelier Moessmer Norbert Niederkofler in Brunico, where he developed a profound sensitivity towards sustainability in the kitchen, perfectly aligned with Norbert Niederkofler’s guiding principles.
Supporting Chef Pinton is Manuele Garello in the role of Sous Chef. Having honed his skills at Norbert Niederkofler’s St. Hubertus, he assists in transforming ingredients sourced from producers within an hour of Milan into 100% Zero Waste dishes.
Joining them is Piera Romano, the Pastry Chef, who brings years of valuable international experience and will work alongside the entire team to shape the future of an ethical, conscious, and sustainable cuisine with a strong focus on waste reduction.
