The passion and experience of Norbert Niederkofler meet the flair and creativity of Alessandro Pinton in a culinary project inspired by the philosophy of “Ora Etica.”
Alessandro Pinton is our new Resident Chef.
After gaining crucial experience alongside renowned names in the gastronomic world, he joined the Atelier Moessmer Norbert Niederkofler in Brunico, where he developed a profound sensitivity towards sustainability in the kitchen, perfectly aligned with Norbert Niederkofler’s guiding principles.
Supporting Chef Pinton is Manuele Garello in the role of Sous Chef. Having honed his skills at Norbert Niederkofler’s St. Hubertus, he assists in transforming ingredients sourced from producers within an hour of Milan into 100% Zero Waste dishes.
Joining them is Piera Romano, the Pastry Chef, who brings years of valuable international experience and will work alongside the entire team to shape the future of an ethical, conscious, and sustainable cuisine with a strong focus on waste reduction.

WE ARE HIRING: DEMI-PASTRY CHEF
Would you like to join our team?
We are currently looking for a CHEF DE RANG to become part of our brigade.
Requirements:

Previous experience in the same role in restaurants of a similar category

Possession of the relevant professional qualification (hospitality diploma or equivalent)
-
Flexibility, organizational skills, kindness towards colleagues and guests
The candidate will work 5 days out of 7 per week with a permanent contract.
In respect of our employees’ free time, Horto is closed on Sundays, during the Christmas and New Year holidays, at Easter, and for at least two weeks in August, allowing all of us to enjoy precious time for ourselves.

WE ARE HIRING: STEWARD/HOSTESS
Would you like to work with us?
We are looking for a Steward or Hostess to join our team.
The ideal candidate will accompany guests throughout their dining experience, from start to finish. They will welcome guests and escort them to their table, introducing the restaurant and sharing its philosophy. Responsibilities include managing reservations and waitlists, keeping the welcome area clean and organized, and assisting the waitstaff when needed.
Requirements:

Proven experience of at least two years in similar roles at restaurants of the same category or hotels,

Strong organizational skills,

Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities,

Excellent spoken and written English (knowledge of a second foreign language will be a plus),

Kindness and courtesy with both guests and colleagues.
We offer a 12-month fixed-term contract with the goal of long-term employment. Excellent compensation.
The selected candidate will work 5 days a week out of 7 under a permanent contract.

- esperienza pregressa nel ruolo presso ristoranti di pari livello;
- Diploma AIS, FISAR o equivalente;
- Conoscenza approfondita della cucina italiana e dei vini italiani e internazionali;
- Ottima padronanza della lingua inglese;
- Spiccate capacità relazionali, attitudine al lavoro di squadra, cortesia e professionalità
Il candidato/a lavorerà 5 su 7 giorni a settimana con un contratto a tempo indeterminato. Nel rispetto del tempo libero dei nostri dipendenti, Horto è chiuso durante le feste di Natale e Capodanno, a Pasqua, ad agosto (almeno due settimane), permettendo a tutti noi di godere del tempo prezioso da dedicare a noi stessi.
