The passion and experience of Norbert Niederkofler meet the flair and creativity of Alessandro Pinton in a culinary project inspired by the philosophy of “Ora Etica.”
Alessandro Pinton is our new Resident Chef.
After gaining crucial experience alongside renowned names in the gastronomic world, he joined the Atelier Moessmer Norbert Niederkofler in Brunico, where he developed a profound sensitivity towards sustainability in the kitchen, perfectly aligned with Norbert Niederkofler’s guiding principles.
Supporting Chef Pinton is Manuele Garello in the role of Sous Chef. Having honed his skills at Norbert Niederkofler’s St. Hubertus, he assists in transforming ingredients sourced from producers within an hour of Milan into 100% Zero Waste dishes.
Joining them is Piera Romano, the Pastry Chef, who brings years of valuable international experience and will work alongside the entire team to shape the future of an ethical, conscious, and sustainable cuisine with a strong focus on waste reduction.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in the same role within restaurants of a comparable level;
- Possession of the relevant professional qualification (hospitality diploma or equivalent);
- Flexibility, strong organizational skills, and kindness toward colleagues and guests.
The successful candidate will work 5 days out of 7 on a permanent contract. In respect of our employees’ time off, Horto is closed for the Christmas and New Year holidays, at Easter, and in August (at least two weeks), allowing us all to enjoy precious time for ourselves.

We are recruiting a CHEF DE PARTIE to join our kitchen brigade.
Requirements:

The successful candidate will work 5 days per week under a permanent contract. In respect of our team’s time off, Horto is closed over the Christmas and New Year holidays, at Easter, and in August (at least two weeks), allowing us all to enjoy precious time for ourselves.
