Chef Norbert Niederkofler, Head of Culinary Strategy, has long been a pioneer of a virtuous approach and a sustainable philosophy that celebrates local production and the seasonality of ingredients. He upholds relationships with producers to create a cuisine that is authentic, genuine, and innovative.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Executive chef Alberto To\u00e8 is a skilled interpreter of Niederkofler\u2019s culinary philosophy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

b.waterMISSION<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The water we serve at Horto is locally sourced
and filtered using BWT technology.
This helps us contribute to the preservation of the planet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We also believe that everyone has the right to access clean
drinking water. Together with BWT, we support the B. waterMISSION project for sustainable water supply in Africa.
For every litre of water sold in our restaurant,
we donate \u20ac0.50 towards the construction of drinking water wells.
The first well has already been established in Singida, Tanzania.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
